In this busy role you will need to think on your feet and confidently handle phones, patients and doctor requests simultaneously.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Managing patient payments, invoicing, inpatient hospital billings
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers
- Daily banking
- Ordering office supplies
- Health fund checks
- Theatre lists and booking surgeries
- Utilising Medical Software
