Our client, is a well regarded surgeon looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist/Personal Assistant to run the day to day operations of a busy practice.

In this busy role you will need to think on your feet and confidently handle phones, patients and doctor requests simultaneously.
  
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments 
  • Managing patient payments, invoicing, inpatient hospital billings
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers
  • Daily banking 
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Health fund checks
  • Theatre lists and booking surgeries
  • Utilising Medical Software
To be successful in this position you will have previous experience working in a surgical setting. You will be enthusiastic with a high standard of customer service care. You will thrive in a faced paced environment. You will have excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail.
