The role
  • Assist with managing the maintenance and upkeep of facilities
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls 
  • Liaising with contractors, staff and client
  • Receive, inform and guide visitors 
  • Manage invoices, ensure commitment & payment records are maintained and that payments are received by vendors
  • Monitoring needs and requests and responding accordingly
  • Issuing purchase orders to contractors
  • Assist FM to prepare monthly management report
  • Provide assistance in general administrative activities
  • Serve as a liaison between office staff and Facilities Managers
  • Follow up and provide updates on overdue jobs
Experience Required
  • Genuine, committed and reliable and have a passion for completing tasks
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service ability, dealing with difficult situations and being outcome focused
