Our client is a national consultancy which provides strategic advice, statutory planning and environmental approvals. While it could be suggested the industry in NSW and the ACT has been quiet, they have almost doubled in size based on delivering to their clients' nothing but excellence in Rural and Regional Planning, Infrastructure Projects, Community Consultation, Due Diligence, Strategic Planning and Sustainable Development time and time again.

About the role
  • Fast-paced working environment in a busy Consultancy Firm
  • Work in a dynamic and creative office
  • Providing a range of services including advice relating to land use, development capability, the approval process, design approvals and report writing
  • Development and writing of proposals, responses and advice that accurately reflects and balances the client's needs
  • Managing council applications, approvals, and licensing
  • Working alongside other professionals on a range of multi-disciplinary projects 
  • Working to specification and to deadlines
  • Coordinating consultants when necessary
  • Management of business' planning portfolio, Town Planning Submissions and Council liaison
  • Prioritise the competing demands of multiple assignments and/or projects within agreed timeframe
  • Liaise with staff, Clients, building designers, consultants, Councils, Authorities and others to determine requirements, resolve issues, obtain approvals and provide advice as required
