As the Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all programming, scheduling, financial reporting, safety, client and consultant liaison. You will be a natural trouble shooter who has the ability to get the best resolve.
You will report directly to the Directors and you will immediately gain the support and resources required to properly resource and staff up a team to deliver a mixed-use development. You will possess strong leadership and negotiation skills; have the ability to communicate well and develop sound client and subcontractor relationships.
Tertiary qualifications and experience in commercial (residential/apartment) construction experience in a similar role is paramount to your placement. You may be currently working for a local contractor with experience in working projects exceeding $50M in value and size. A permanent position is on offer as long term work is currently being negotiated however if you would prefer to contract via your own company; can do for the "right" person.
