What’s the opportunity?
The Fund is executing their growth agenda, creating this new role to deliver on the Seminar Engagement Strategy. The Program Co-ordinator role is essential to the co-ordination and implementation of seminars to enhance Member Engagement and improve Member outcomes and retention. This position also provides support to the National Business Development, by working on a range of strategic growth focussed initiatives including B2B lead distribution program.
There is scope to bring innovative thinking to the design, implementation and co-ordination of seminar platforms and processes, including the digital ecosystem to manage participants (end-to-end) whilst also contributing to campaigns across Business Development, Advice & Education, Contact Centre, Brand and Member Experience.  Developing reporting measures to track success of Programs including traction, growth and Member outcomes, and automating via internal data platforms is also essential in this role.
