About the Role
The PMO Coordinator/Analyst will work closely with the Head of Project Delivery to provide expertise, support and guidance to the Programs within the portfolio, enabling successful delivery of projects including portfolio governance, reporting, risk and issue tracking, quality and schedule control.  You will drive best practice use of quality standards, frameworks, processes and methodologies for project management delivery. There is a strong financial element including assistance with project budgeting, tracking and forecasting to uplift capability within project financial management. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced PMO Co-ordinator/Analyst with strong reporting and project administration expertise to step into a role which offers a broad scope and will enable you to build experience at an enterprise wide level.
About you
  • Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid of the two)
  • Knowledge of project management disciplines (scheduling, governance & status reporting, risk/issue management, change management, financial management, resource management)
  • Experienced communicating to a broad stakeholder base (C-Level through to operational staff)
  • Exceptional MS Office Skills (specifically Excel for financial analysis)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to summarise key takeaways from meetings (technical and non-technical) that can be translated into action
