Senior HR, Payroll and Workforce Management Pre-Sales Consultant required to be the leading go-to person for a significant new business stream for our client across Melbourne and Sydney.
 
With our client propelling their sales of Cloud and self-serviced software services across a diversified solutions environment they have the business momentum to continue their substantial growth. The customer base is medium to large enterprise organisations.
 
Embracing both the strategic and tactical needs and requirement outcomes for each customer the Senior Pre-sales Consultant will grow their career alongside our clients exponentially expanding market. Strong income expectations are assured for capable consultants working with this internationally focused Australian and New Zealand owned organisation.
 
 
Key Requirements
 
  • 2yrs + Pre-Sales experience within the HR/Payroll, WFM arena
  • Understanding of and enthusiasm for cloud technology
  • Consultant style and analytical thinking in gathering information from clients
  • Client advisory capacity engendering trust
  • Ability to work closely with the sales team to establish solid sales offering requirements
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Post implementation experience with software solutions and services
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar
