Our client has a large transformation program and project pipeline across their payments and cards domain requiring a technical support professional with payments switch EFT, EMV and POS technology performance expertise. This role requires an understanding of PCI/DSS standards.
Your expertise should offer at least 2 years technical oversight and support of the payments transactional performance area. This must also include full and extensive technology know how in operating as part of a support team that prizes its ability to run a stylish technology environment.
Key Requirements
Knowledge of Acquiring, Settlement and Reconciliation within payments and cards very well received.
Your expertise should offer at least 2 years technical oversight and support of the payments transactional performance area. This must also include full and extensive technology know how in operating as part of a support team that prizes its ability to run a stylish technology environment.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years (more is acceptable) payment switch technology support experience
- Prior experience operating in a payments support team ensuring a compliant merchant service provision
- Knowledge of the PCI DSS framework, its implementation and compliance
- Experienced application support of end-to-end payments solutions across: the ATM, POS, EFT, EMV, and gateway payments environments
- Terminal management understanding and capability.
- Experience with at least one of the payments switch environments below:
