Our client is an influential boutique Australian property development brand focussed on innovation and establishing a development identity with a community ethos. Key to their success is delivering projects that look to bridge the gap between renting and home ownership. 

This exciting and newly created position is responsible for delivering a complimentary financial coaching service for project residents, to help them save for their deposit and build financial capabilities on their pathway to home ownership. 
    
This role will provide private coaching sessions, specialist seminars, tips and tools, to help residents develop and follow their own savings plan and meet their savings goals. You will develop trusting and respectful relationships with residents, supporting them to take charge of their financial wellbeing by making money management easy to understand and apply.  

Ideally, you will have previous experience as a financial coach, counsellor or adviser; or in accounting, bookkeeping or another related field. You will be aware of leading market financial products/services and have the ability to provide appropriate advice.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to draw on your technical background as well as understand the psychology and emotions to support residents to build healthy financial behaviour and mindsets. This is a key customer facing role and as such exceptional communication skill is required.

The role will be part of a new and growing team that develops and delivers a service that makes a positive impact on residents’ lives and their financial wellbeing.
