Mills Resources is seeking full time Office Assistant for a Corporate firm. This is an exciting opportunity has become available to join a fast-paced corporate environment. Located in the West Perth, this growing and well-established company is seeking pro-active and reliable candidate to take on this busy role covering office administration/ PA and receptionist role duties. 

Your New Role
Working for corporate business the role will be busy varied.  It will involve a number of administration tasks including: 
  • Welcoming clients to the office and providing refreshments
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy and creates a good impression 
  • Answering telephone, booking appointments
  • Dealing with visitors to the premises 
  • Dealing with day incoming and outgoing post 
  • Assisting diary, email management
  • Other personal assistant and general administration skills 
  • Working autonomously and as part of a team 
  • Be able to Time management and multitasking
About You
The successful candidate would ideally require :
  • Experience in a front facing reception and have worked in an office based customer service and administration role 
  • A professional and courteous manner both over the telephone and face to face
  • Solid experience of Word, Excel and Outlook 
  • A pro-active approach to work 
  • The ability to manage multiple duties 
  • A friendly and engaging personality to work as part of a small team 
  • Must be reliable and committed to their work
