The Client

Our client is a leading accounting practice with exceptional roots within WA who have built a strong culture and have excellent staff retention. 

The role provides support to a team of Accountants, Financial Advisers and HR team along with other Client Services staff and duties include the following :
  • Provide administrative support
  • Maintain client database and liaising with clients on daily basis
  • Prepare fees
  • Collate financial reports
  • PDF client income tax returns and financial statements
  • Other general administrative duties including scanning and filing
  • Ordering of office supplies
  • Relief Reception as required.
Essential skills required are :
  • Minimum two years’ experience working in administration or Client Services within a professional services environment 
  • Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise to meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Great communication skills
