Fenner Dunlop has employed and provided a career pathway to over 300 new entrants into the Belt Splicing Industry, and currently has over 70 national Trainees/Apprentices are progressing towards qualifications in Conveyor Belt Splicing attending off-the-job training at our Practical Training Facility based at Kwinana Beach, in Western Australia and Melbourne Fabric Ply Factory.
Come and join the team that has been formally training belt splicing since 2005, with over 1400 Belt Splicing qualifications issued since 2007 through the Fenner Dunlop Registered Training Organisation (21921).

Fenner Dunlop Training Department requires a Trainer/Assessor who:
  • Has 5+ years current conveyor belt splicing industry experience at Level 3 or above
  • Has or is willing to complete a Certificate III in Polymer Processing (Belt Splicing)
  • Has a training and assessing qualification or is willing to complete a Certificate IV TAE40116
  • Has the ability to impart knowledge to others
This position reports directly to the National Training Manager and will be working alongside our National team of Trainer/Assessors.
