As our RTO & Systems Specialist, we will look to you for guidance, support and creativity to ensure best practice, continuous improvement and innovation.
This newly created role will report to our General Manager of Safety, Training, Technical. Working alongside our experienced training TEAM, this opportunity will suit those who have a substantial background in RTO and System Management.

This position will focus on;
  1. RTO Compliance – Reporting (RTO & Operational), Training Package Transitioning; Document Control; Continuous Improvement; Auditing (Internal & External) and Oversee Apprenticeship and Traineeship Compliance.
  2. Training & Development – Instructional Design (including elearning) Training Evaluation; Procedure development & ongoing currency; research, lead and manage the delivery of training projects.
  3. System Management – Wisenet set up and data integrity, FDLMS (ELMO) and national support; Kahoot and Training SharePoint page.

Bring your knowledge and experience

In making this role your own, you will need;
  • Strong knowledge of RTO Management and applying the VET Quality Framework.
  • Advanced knowledge of design, development and delivery of nationally accredited training packages ensuring training and development principles are embedded (including adult learning).
  • Competent level of knowledge of how to apply and comply with Privacy legislation.
  • Strong learning management system knowledge and implementation.
  • Demonstrate over 5 years’ experience working in RTO operations with knowledge of ASQA compliance and national training package development and training program implementation (including elearning - desirable).
  • Solid 3 or more years’ experience managing and coordinating Apprenticeship/Traineeships and implementing learning management systems or similar.
