About the role

Are you a Human Resources graduate looking to kickstart your career or a HR Coordinator looking to take it to the next step? We’re looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at our Redfern Head Office. And not just your average HR team - we’re Team Experience! 

You’ll be working closely with our TX Business Partners and Head of TX to provide administrative and operational support to the team. You’ll get a taste of all elements of the employee lifecycle - recruiting for candidates who are perfect fit for Winning, onboarding our new starters, coordinating employee engagement projects,  and managing the off-boarding process for team members when they leave the organisation.

This is what you can expect in this role day to day
  • Work with our HR Partners to support our Managers, for example - induction, probation, engagement, performance, misconduct, promotions, compliance and reward
  • End to end recruitment for a variety of roles across the Group
  • You’ll make sure every new team member has an AWESOME onboarding experience - that means contracts and paperwork but also new starter surveys, welcome packs and inductions
  • Team up with Winning Academy to deliver training and other exciting learning and development initiatives to our team members
  • You’ll pull together people metrics for reporting - it might be for us to work out where we can improve, or for our advisory board
  • Own and deliver your own projects on topics such as - onboarding, engagement, culture, wellbeing, remuneration and benefits and more
  • You will be challenged to minimise the amount of administrative work in your role as much as possible by coming up with smarter ways to work, leaving you more time to spend on your projects and build your skills
Skills and experience
  • Tertiary education in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or similar discipline
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a HR Admin or Coordinator role
  • Recruitment experience is advantageous but not a must
  • High computer literacy with experience using recruitment platforms and Gsuite being highly desirable
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Passion to learn and develop
  • Sense of humour - essential!
