About The Role
Winning Appliances is the Group's oldest and most established brand with over a century of history. With 17 state of the art showrooms across Australia, we set a new standard for luxury in kitchen and laundry retail.  

To support our ongoing quest for excellence, we're looking for a well organised marketing all rounder for the Winning Appliances brand. As a Marketing Coordinator you'll be joining our amazing 25 strong Group Marketing team. They're the tightest bunch at HQ, and can't wait to include you in movie trivia sessions and gif sharing.

Your mission as a Marketing Coordinator will be executing and coordinating campaign activity for the Winning Appliances brand and the showrooms. We deliver supplier specific and overall brand campaigns, and you'll analyse the results of every one to measure their success and ensure we deliver even better results next time.

To be the right fit for this role you’ll need excellent attention to detail and analysis, as well as a creative flair. Most importantly though, you will be confident juggling stakeholder priorities, and look forward to working with a huge range of talented people in our fast moving business.

What Your Day-To-Day Will Look Like
  • Coordinate campaign briefs across internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure campaign calendars are planned out well in advance
  • Work closely with Showrooms to ensure marketing programs are executed at the highest standard
  • Ensure campaigns are executed on time and on budget
  • Monitor the performance of each campaign in market and report back outcomes to drive ongoing improvement both internally and externally
  • Work closely with Performance, Creative, Email, Content, Social, PR, Editorial teams to deliver campaigns that engage our customers and drive top-line sales
  • Be actively involved in the campaign ideation process and ensure that campaign are discussed with key stakeholders well in advance
  • Partner with external agencies and coordinate campaign promotional  outcomes with suppliers and PRMs (Buying Team)
A Bit About You
  • We don't make arbitrary rules, but ideally you'll have 3-5 years experience in a fast paced marketing environment with experience in digital
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and have strong attention to detail
  • Qualification in a related field like marketing, communications or advertising
  • Experience in e-commerce and graphic design would be a huge bonus, but we'll consider you regardless
