About the role

As a sales consultant, you will spend most of your time on the showroom floor, delivering our loyal customers world class and trusted advice and experience in our showroom. You'll also be spending time on the phone and emails to liaise with clients/ customers and follow up quotes and leads in a timely manner. You will be empowered and encouraged to take ownership of your business with the support of your team, manager and support staff - this is a small team so you will have a big impact! 

What your day-to-day will look like
  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers in the showroom
  • Advising and consulting with customers to help them put together their dream bathroom
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a database of allocated architects and Designers to ensure a consistent high level of customer experience
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Respond to sales enquires or quotes via phone and email in a timely manner
  • Prepare quotes and sales orders in a timely manner
  • Participate in regular team meetings and product training

About you:
  • Passionate to deliver the highest levels of customer service - experience in a high end of luxury retail environment would be beneficial
  • Experience working in a sales based environment would be beneficial 
  • You are vibrant and enthusiastic about working with a variety of clients and products
  • You are competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • You have an appreciation for high end design and style
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends (Saturdays essential) and public holidays when required
