The Role
Our partnership with nbn has created a new opportunity for an individual with an innate ability to build rapport quickly. This is a key public engagement role responsible for delivering a range of talks and presentations to educate and ensure accurate information is delivered to the public.
As an inspiring Brand Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with the local councils and community groups to drive awareness of the nbn™ broadband access network via various Local Area Marketing initiatives - including:

  • Experiential activations including local community events, key regional and major events
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to large audiences
  • Driving and managing a nbn™ network-connected vehicle for events as necessary
As Brand Representative you will be the face of nbn™ and have a great deal of autonomy, as you execute an agreed territory plan that ensures visibility in communities across Australia.
Your organisational skills, together with prior experience in the creation of effective journey plans will enable you to execute a plan that ensures full visibility of our nbn™  in communities across Australia.  A working week will consist of one day’s planning at head office, with the remaining days in field being the face of nbn and a true advocate for their brand.
Skills & requirements
  • Confidence in public speaking, presenting to large audiences
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
  • Proven experience in the creation of effective journey plans
  • Ability of adhering to a budget
  • Brand Ambassador or Sales Representative experience
  • A passion and capability with technology and hardware
  • Full Australian Driver's Licence

A standard working week will be from Monday to Friday, however, flexibility is required for campaigns and evening meetings with stakeholders. The role covers the entire state of NSW and will involve domestic travel in line with business requirements.
