As a Customer Service Representative, you will be pivotal in the roll-out of our client’s large-scale infrastructure project. Focusing on community relationships to educate and drive uptake, you will be highly motivated, self-starting and have fantastic relationship building skills.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Developing relationships within the community to educate the benefits of the project
  • Helping End Customers manage their current experience, troubleshoot, and resolve queries
  • Being available during the recovery phase of natural disasters
  • Demonstrating support to the local community whilst operation the Support Hub facility
  
 
What else are we are looking for? 

  • An effective communicator with a confident and friendly personality
  • Management and sole accountability of the facility
  • Stakeholder management, both internal and external
  • Telecommunications experience preferred but not necessary
  • A passion and capability with technology and hardware
  • Able to empathise and provide meaningful support for End Customers in challenging circumstances (i.e. natural disasters)
  • Consent to compulsory Police Check and/or Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
  • The ability to travel to and from work independently
  
A standard working week will be from Monday to Friday; however, flexibility is required for campaigns and evening meetings with stakeholders. The role will be working at Bateman’s Bay.
