This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic customer service specialist to join our clients progressive lighting company. Located in Rosedale, Auckland they have developed a reputation over the past 30 years as one of New Zealand’s, Australia’s and South East Asia’s  leading specialist designers, manufacturers and suppliers of leading-edge technology to commercial and industrial clients.
 
This integral position will focus on responding to client enquiries, providing product availability information and processing & dispatch of sales orders in a timely and cost-effective manner. Your role will also involve the receipt, verification and shelving of inward goods and products along with stock level management.
 
Experience utilising computerised inventory management systems, MS Office  and a current OSH approved forklift licence is essential

A self starter with personality, drive and a desire to succeed
A technical aptitude with an affinity for absorbing product information and technical information
Proven administrative and organisational skills with the desire to go that extra mile for your clients
Developed computer skills with experience utilising inventory management systems & MS Office products
Experience in the use of forklift for product assembly of client orders A finisher with proven time management & organisational skills
Willingness to invest time and undertake further training to develop product knowledge and technical understanding
A positive team player with a commitment to excellence in client service
