An amazing opportunity has arisen in a recognisable business based in Lower Hutt! They are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join as a Finance Administrator on a permanent basis. Our client is looking for someone with strong accounts processing skills, who comes from a varied finance background with the ability to step into the role and contribute quickly.

This role will require you to manage the Accounts Payable and Receivables function. You will also be back up support for the Payroll team, ideally with some experience in this area. Your responsibilities will be to take care of the end-to-end accounts payable process, this will include performing and processing incoming payments and financial transactions. As well as reconciling accounts and supporting the Finance Manager with other finance tasks as required. A great attitude, strong comms, and the ability to build good relationships will be key for this role.

This role would require you to:
  • Have at least 4-5 years’ experience
