Supplier to the hospitality industry now seek an experienced Customer Service person to join their busy team!

  • East Tamaki based offices with car park
  • Monday - Friday 40 hrs per week - flexible on start and finish times
  • Great role with a mixture of customer service and procurement
ABOUT THE ROLE

This well-established company has been supplying to the hospitality industry for over 20 years. They now seek an experience customer service person to join their small team in East Tamaki.

The primary focus of the role is responding to customer calls and emails, process customer and purchase orders, assist with quotes, manage supplier payments and manage local inventory.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Procurement experience advantageous
  • Knowledge and experience of the hospitality industry a bonus!
  • Previous experience using MYOB EXO ideal
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly organised, excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent with systems and fast learner
