Our client is currently seeking an experienced National Sales Manager. The role could be based from the Bay of Plenty or Waikato, with a national reach. The company has a strong legacy and reputation and is looking for someone that can leverage and build upon this.

About the role:
  • The role is a National role, leading and developing a team of Regional Managers and Sales People across the country.
  • Working with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement business strategy
  • Lead and drive sales performance
  • Develop the skills and technical knowledge of the team
  • Ownership and management of the marketing for the organisation
  • Tangible opportunities for growth
 About you:
  • You will have strong experience at a senior management level, ideally in a national role or similar
  • Proven experience in leading and developing sales teams, building a high performing culture
  • Ability to influence at all levels – up, down and laterally!
  • Exposure to, and/or, experience in Marketing
  • Ideally tertiary qualified
  • Background in Agriculture, Rural or Primary Industry
