Family Works Northern is looking for an experienced Administrator to support the Hillier Centre and Family Works Tauranga team based in Mt Maunganui in providing child and family services to the community. 
 
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, this role manages receptionist and administrative responsibilities and is pivotal to the effective functioning of the site and our team. In addition the role has day to day oversight of the contracts with residents and the relationships with all permanent and casual users, which includes looking after the building maintenance and organising any repair work. 
 
We're looking for someone with:  
  • Proven experience in reception and administration
  • Interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with a wide range of people 
  • Comprehensive IT skills - particularly Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail 
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Great written and communication skills.
