  • $100,000- $110,000 PLUS SUPER

About the client: 

A Nationally recognised organisation providing a plethora of services including Real Estate Sales, Property Management, Building Management, Facilities Management & much more. 

About the role:

This role will be heavily driven of processes, policies and procedures to ensure team productivity is at it's highest most effective point. Ideally seeking a business minded individual who has people management skills & provides staff a opportunity to learn & increase there skills.

You will be required to perform the following tasks but not limited too:

- Manage a team of 6-8 Owners Corporation Managers & Assistants 
- Establish & ensure KPI targets are met
- Be the point of conduct for difficult conversations & complaints
- Manage weekly training sessions
- Induct all new staff into team

What you need: 

- Proven Experience as a Owners Corporation Manager
- Process driven
- Strong Administration skills
- Strong data collation skills
- Very detailed oriented
- ambitious mentality
