Our client is a leading property company that services all facets of the property industry including industrial, commercial, residential & retail.  In place is a highly regarded management team who have a commitment to providing a positive and professional working environment for their employees.

Responsibilities include: 
  • Budgets & Financial Reporting
  • Site Inspections & Management of Commercial building in Atarmon
  • Management, Maintenance & Operation of Building
  • Multiple Stakeholder and Tenant Relations 
  • Reporting (OHS, compliance, energy, waste etc.)
  • Project Management 
Skills & experience
To be successful in this position, you will be an experienced and action-oriented facilities manager and will also bring;
  • Prior experience in Facilities Management capacity ideally within an office or retail environment; 
  • Professional Presentation & Communication
  • Technical &/or Engineering Knowledge  
  • Experience in managing contractor budgets and capital expenditure, and; 
  • A collaborative and team focused attitude
