The Company:
In this part-time flex assignment, you will have the opportunity to work for a national real estate group that is part of a global network. You will assist in the roll out of marketing campaigns, social media management, event marketing, print media and video.

The Assignment: 
The role of the Graphic Designer will be to develop and deliver graphic design of marketing material. You must help to develop and uphold the branding of the company and follow and develop corporate design and style guidelines, whilst also providing guidance to fellow team/network members to achieve effective design solutions. You will also be encouraged to offer design best practice solutions to the company and the ability to drive the business forward with regard to design excellence.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Graphic Design including the creation of marketing collateral - print an online material 
  • Developing content for the group’s social media accounts and internal communications
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to produce marketing collateral and assist with additional marketing requests
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations and event materials
  • Assisting with general marketing task workload including the management and delivery of projects
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing/communications/graphic design or related disciplines
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative and Microsoft Suite
  • Experience within the real estate or property industry
  • Ability to design and prepare press, video and digital ready publications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment while taking direction and using your own initiative to coordinate multiple projects to meet deadlines
  • Be able to work with existing brand guidelines and find opportunities to make them work as effectively as possible for the corporate team and national network of offices
  • Have high standards of communication both oral and written
  • Be committed to delivering best-practice design standards, consistently
