The Client
Our client is a specialised real estate agency with a key business focus on providing executive rentals in Sydney's Lower North Shore & Northern Beaches.  This company has grown into a recognised leader in the prestige market, through first class marketing and a hardworking team who are committed to providing premium service offerings.
  
The Role
As our Sales Consultant/Business Development Manager you will the first point of call for potential clients & executive tenants.
Day to Day duties include:
  • Managing inquires for new tenancy enquiries
  • Show potential tenants or tenant reps through the properties
  • Prepare properties to be listed online e.g. photos, refurbs, furniture
  • Account Management – Corporate Clients
  • Database Management - Sales Force
  • Warm Prospecting to current clients
  • Cold Prospecting to new clients
  • Negotiating & communication renewals with Property Owners
  • General Administration & Database management
Skills & Experience
To be successful for this position you will have high levels of customer service and pride yourself on your ability to deliver a 5 star service to your clients. You will be an ‘all-rounder’ someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and chase business but also, have strong administration skills. You will also ideally have:
  • Minimum 12 Months Experience in Real Estate, Corporate Sales or Recruitment 
  • We may consider someone on a Working holiday Visa with Sales experience on a contract 
  • Experience using SalesForce 
  • Confidence to prospect for new business
  • High Customer Service levels
  • Exceptional communication, & the ability to use initiative
