Currently seeking a Part-Time Property Manager, this is an opportunity that is not high stress and offers excellent work-life balance.
  
  
The Role:

You will be given a portfolio of 100 properties all based locally. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for

  • Effectively liaise with landlords and tenants
  • Rental arrears management
  • Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
  • Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
  • Working towards KPI’s
  • NO accounts
The Candidate:
  • Previous Property Management experience
  • A current Certificate of Registration
  • Own car and Drivers license
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Great presentational skills
  • Be a motivated self-starter
  • Work well in a team environment
