The Client:
One of the most successful Strata Management Company's in Sydney is seeking an experience Strata Manager to join their dynamic team. With an enviable reputation in the market place for providing excellent management to clients, their clientele and staff care is second to none! With over 50 staff, our client has a large portfolio ranging from prestigious buildings to medium and small sized schemes locally.

The role
This market leader requires the services of an exceptional  Strata Manager to join their award winning team. Based in state of the art offices on the North Shore, you will soon be a valuable team member wowing your co workers with your professionalism and excellent management skills. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Manage your own portfolio of circa 55 buildings
  • Providing general management support
  • Conduct AGM's
  • Insurance renewals and claims
  • Work closely with the building management committees 

Skills & experience
The successful applicant will ideally have:
  • Previous experience in Strata as a Junior or Strata Manager 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Have the ability to multi task 
  • Hold a valid strata certificate 
  • Have a strong knowledge of the Strata Act
