Based in the heart of a thriving village, our client combines a highly driven property management team with excellent results and maximum exposure across the Inner West region. Working alongside a high performing property management team,  this role is for someone looking to progress their career in Real Estate.

With an impressive portfolio all around the Inner West, we are looking for a Leasing Consultant to support a hardworking, dedicated team. You will be energetic, hardworking and strive for nothing but excellence.

The Role:
  • Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
  • Conducting open homes and open for inspections
  • Completing New Business Open’s during the week
  • Attending photoshoots
  • Diary Management
  • Prepare properties for online advertising
  • Lease sign ups
  • Preparing leases and lease packs
  • Ad hoc administration duties
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous Real Estate experience is advantageous
  • A current Certificate of Registration, own car and driver's license
  • Excellent computer skills and strong communication
  • A self-starter and office motivator
  • Highly organized
  • The ability to think outside the square
