The Client:

Our client is a leader in Commercial Property based in the inner suburb of Melbourne, they specialise in all aspects of commercial property. Their team is very experienced and highly regarded in the local area due to the level of service they provide to all of their clients.
 
The Role:

The Finance Manager is responsible for all accounting and administration requirements. The Finance Manager must develop and implement the systems necessary to produce the required statutory, board and management reports. They will also be responsible for managing the Assistant Accountant.


To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Previous proven experience in working alongside the director and strongly contributing to the business growth and success 
  • A thinker and implementer
  • Analytical, logical and able to think outside the square
  • A problem solver: able to work through issues, identify errors and put steps in place to prevent issues from reoccurring
  • Candidates who have experience in analyzing potential acquisitions would be highly regarded, as this is a crucial part of the business
  • An IT background would also be highly beneficial
