The Client:
One of the most successful Strata Management Company's in South West Sydney is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join their long-established team.

With a reputation in the market place for providing excellent management to clients, their tenants and staff, they take pride in what they do. With over 20 staff, our client has a large portfolio ranging from prestigious buildings to medium and small-sized schemes locally, this particular portfolio is commercial & industrial properties around the Macarthur & Liverpool Region. 

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
• Manage your Own Portfolio of Industrial & Commerical Properties
(No after-hours appointments necessary) 
• Providing General Management Support
• Conducting AGM's
• Working with Building Management Committees
• Budgeting, Scheduling & Correspondence 

Skills & experience
The successful applicant will ideally have:
• Minimum 2 + years experience in Strata
• Experience across Commerical or Industrial buildings 
• Strong Communication Skills essential 
• Ideally live in the South West Area 
• Current Strata Certificate
• Knowledge of the Strata Schemes Management Act
