On a day to day basis, as the new Property Manager, you will be assisting with a portfolio of 250 properties shared with a Senior, with full support from a Leasing Consultant & Administrator.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Day to day management of a portfolio of 250 properties shared with a senior and full support from a Leasing Consultant & Administrator
  • Rent reviews
  • Escalated repairs
  • Attending Tribunal
  • Routine inspections
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Ingoing & outgoing inspections
  
  Candidate:
  • Must have experience managing a portfolio
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Strong computer skills
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must have a current Certificate of Registration/Real Estate License
  • Must have a current drivers license & reliable car
  • Proficiency in REST is desirable
