This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate professional to join Sydney’s First Buyers agency established on the lower North shore.

This role will see you working in a boutique vibrant office located on the busy Lower North Shore working directly beside the most experienced Buyers agent (Director ) in the business and Collaborating with a team of professionals to deliver some of the finest property in Sydney to their local and off shore clients. Don’t be chained to an office, have the freedom of running around and being on the road managing your own client portfolio, and visiting and delivering both high end, and investment properties to your clients.

The Role:

Monday – Friday  this is a role that will ensure you are the backbone to someone that is a pleasure to work with! Working in a boutique team, you will be responsible for the following and more:
  • Attending open homes and property inspections
  • Taking photos of properties and deliver to clients
  • Property research on Rp Data
  • Assisting the managing director in an EA Role
  • Invoicing Clients- chasing payment
  • Being involved in marketing and company strategy
  • Liaising with solicitors and building inspectors
  • Searching, researching and delivering property to clients
  • Administration duties
  • Specialising in searching and chasing agents for off-market properties
  • Asking agents for new business and building a strong network within the industry
  • Assisting salespeople in office and organise seminars, marketing for company growth
  
The Candidate:
  • Strong Real Estate experience is essential EA, Bdm, Property Management, or Sales
  • Real Estate Certificate, Drivers license and modern car
  • Stability! We are looking for someone that has been in their past roles for years
  • Computer literate – must know Word, Excel, RP Data
  • Social media savvy
  • Ability to deal with high-end clientele
  • Self-motivated, energetic and innovative a must
  • Not be scared to pick up the phone
  • Strong administration skills
  • You have to be sales orientated
  • And most of all you need to be a lot of fun and want to grow in yourself
