The Position 
  • Small manageable portfolio located around the western suburbs - all within 10 x mins of the office
  • Shared Assistant Property Manager to help with inspections and final bonds. PCR's are outsourced.
  • Head of Department to lean on for advice, support & training
  • Directors from a property management background
The Criteria  
  • Previous property management experience
  • Current PM Registration 
  • Corporate presentation 
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Strong communication both written & verbal
