The Position 
  • Supporting a Property Manager on a portfolio of approx 110 x properties - to grow
  • Conducting routine inspections & property condition report updates
  • Showing properties for lease
  • Coordinating maintenance/work orders
  • Ad hoc property management administration
The Criteria  
  • Minimum 12 x months experience within real estate in either a receptionist, PM or Sales administration
  • Current PM Registration, or completing
  • Desire to become a fully-fledged property manager longer term
  • Corporate presentation 
  • Excellent job stability and references
