My client is the owner of a medium-sized shopping Centre portfolio. They are best described as an entrepreneurial, fast-moving business. Their values are accountability, collaboration and energy. Exceptional client service and high-quality projects are the backbones of their strategy, which is to continue to grow and redevelop their shopping centre portfolio.

  • Provide consultative advice to retailers on new store design fit-out
  • Design strategy on common areas in shopping Centre
  • Design advice on various redevelopment projects
  • Assessing and managing risk
  • Site investigation and preparation & presentation of conceptual plans   
  • Provide guidance on design issues, value management and project specifications
  • Advice on all design matters
Required skills and personal attributes:
  • Advanced skills in design using AutoCAD or Revit
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with retailers to provide advice on store design
  • Experience working on either retail store fit outs, or shopping centre projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and desire to succeed  
  • An adaptable nature who is able to work in a changing environment  
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to be able to provide alternate solutions to clients’ needs
