Leading Agency in the St George area, Large Rent Roll, Monday - Friday with rotating Saturday's - Mandarin Speaking would be an advantage

Our client is one of the longest established Real Estate agencies in the South Sydney & St George region, expanding, dominating and winning numerous awards across St George. We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of 150 properties, all aspects except leasing as there is a dedicated leasing consultant. Essential to have tribunal experience, rent reviews & lease renewal exposure.
  
This agency services the Blakehurst, Riverwood, Hurstville & Rockdale – there are a large number of tenants & landlords from the Chinese Community so speaking mandarin would be an advantage.
  
The Candidate:
  • Prior property management experience is essential
  • A current certificate of Registration & driver’s license is essential
  • High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Live locally in the St George or within 5km  
  • Mandarin Speaking is advantageous
