This is an agent that has built a reputation based on record sales with harbourside and beachside prestige homes in the Double Bay and surrounding areas. With an average sale of over $10 million dollars and numerous street and suburb records, this is a Director with over 15 years experience. Currently seeking a Personal Assistant to join a dynamic team, this is an opportunity for someone hardworking, passionate and driven.
  
The Role:
As a "go to" person, this role will see you utilise your administration, time management and organisational skills. We are looking for someone customer serviced focused that wants to run a prestigious business. On a daily basis, your duties will include:
  
  • Diary, e-mail and appointment management for a Director
  • Communication with solicitors during the sales process
  • Liaising with the marketing team
  • Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material and agent branding
  • Prepare and attend proposals, presentations and auctions
  • Manage the exchanges and settlements process
  • Preparing for open homes
  • Attending open homes on Saturdays
  • Callbacks & follow up calls
  • Ad hoc projects and tasks as required
  
The Candidate:
  • Have a strong administration background in Real Estate
  • A Current Certificate of Registration
  • Ability to manage a prestigious workload with high-end clientele - you will be working on multi-million dollar listings
  • Provide a high stand of customer service
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work autonomously & part of a team
