Working amongst a growing team under one of the largest Real Estate Network of professionals, this is an office headed up by a Director with an honest approach and great reputation. The Role:
Monday – Saturday with time off during the week, we are looking for a Leasing Consultant to support a Senior Property Manager with their leasing (all properties are based in buildings close by!). With a dedicated administration for support, this is a role that will see you:
  • Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
  • Conducting open homes and open for inspections
  • Ingoing & outgoing inspections
  • Diary Management
  • Prepare properties for online advertising
  • Lease sign ups
  • Preparing leases and lease packs
The Candidates:
  • Previous Real Estate experience is ideal
  • A current Certificate of Registration
  • Own car and Drivers license
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Great presentational skills
  • Be a motivated self-starter
  • Looking to take the next step up in their career!
