Recently winning NSW Top Property Management Team and ranked in the top 3 offices Nationally, this is an outstanding team currently seeking a Senior Property Manager.

The Role:
Monday to Friday, this is your chance to join a strong property management division of 8, and take over a small, well managed and well-maintained portfolio of 300 properties. With a locally-based portfolio and a Leasing Consultant and Accounts department for support, your day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Liaise with landlords 
  • Complete repairs & maintenance management
  • Arrears control
  • Liaising with tenants 
  • Routine, ingoing & outgoing inspections
  • Conduct rental reviews & lease renewals

The Candidate:
The successful candidate lucky enough to secure this role will have:
  • Previous Property Management experience 
  • Own car and drivers license
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Great presentational skills 
  • Looking to take the next step up in their career!
