This team is all about energy! Headed up by a Director that lives and breathes real estate, this is a streamline business that is devoted to ensuring Property management is efficient, innovative and IT savvy. With a forward thinking approach to Real Estate, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service, this is an opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to lead by example and highly successful team with low staff turnover.
  
The Role:

We are looking for a natural born leader that is reliable and trust worthy! Monday – Friday, this is an opportunity to manage a well-maintained, sleek portfolio within a forward thinking team. Your duties will include but not limited to:
  • Manage a portfolio of 200 Properties all located on the Lower North Shore
  • Effectively liaise with landlords and tenants
  • Resolving all repairs and maintenance issues
  • Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
  • Prepare claims for bonds & attend CTTT hearings
  • NO Accounts, NO Leasing, NO routines, NO new business and NO Weekends
  
The Candidate:
  • Previous Property Management experience
  • A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
