Specialising in both residential and commercial real estate, this office is located centrally amongst a hub of café’s and surrounded by Sydney’s popular beaches.

With an experience Property Management team of 5, this is an opportunity for Receptionist/Sales Administrator to be the face and voice of a well-recognised team.   

The Role:

Monday – Friday, this is your chance to join a strong team with excellent systems, structures and procedures in place. You will be responsible for: Answering and diverting calls Meeting & Greeting clients Mail, banking, filing General support for the Sales Team & Property Management Team General administration Helping with overflow of opens on Saturday Database management and updates on the intranet Organise all marketing, photographers and floor plans PM Support Filing, banking, key management, office support, managing online presence, etc  

The Candidate:

Previous experience in Real Estate is preferred A current Certificate of Registration Own car and Drivers license Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Great presentational skills Knowledge of REST and Filesmart Be a motivated self-starter
