Based in their head office in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne and reporting to the General Counsel, the Leasing Administrator will be responsible for:
  • Management of Lease Administration for their stores and support offices globally across several countries
  • Point of contact with the external property team on all lease and lease administration queries
  • Management of bank guarantees for the business
  • Manage leasing excel leasing spreadsheet relating to rental payments, rent reviews and general lease requirements
  • Manage the administration and compliance of leases
  • Assist with the management of rent invoices and property expenses and investigation and resolution of discrepancies
  • Work with the finance and property departments on lease and property queries
To be considered for this role, you will have worked in Retail Lease Administration before, for a Retail Property Landlord or Retailer.  This vacancy has come about, because of an internal re-structure and because the person in this role is moving to a different department within the business, so there is definitely career progression on offer.
