My client is a well-known infrastructure business that operates a successful operation. They have a large team of property specialists and an immediate requirement for a Property Lease Administrator to join the team.

The role sits within a busy division and requires support across a large portfolio of leases nationally. You will be joining a team of administrators who work effectively together to manage the portfolio for a range of customer, institutional, government, and private.

Your Key responsibilities for this role include:
  • Ensure all relationships are maintained with all stakeholders, internal and external
  • Maintain accurate lease data on all systems and CRMs
  • Maintaining document files and records of correspondence
  • Process outgoing, accruals, reconciliations
  • Manage all insurance documentation
  • Managing payments being placed on and off hold while account changes are being managed, lease renewals progressed, or other leasing matters being investigated
  • Managing payments/enquiries for outgoings, electricity, legal fees, etc. in line with lease obligations
  • Managing and reviewing lease reporting including

The ideal candidate:
The successful candidate will ideally have:
  • Minimum two years’ experience working in a Lease Administration with a Lessee portfolio
  • Strong financial acumen, accounting, and reconciliation experience is essential
  • Experience working with a fast-paced busy team
  • Understanding of complex lease document terms and conditions
  • Previous portfolio management experience
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Negotiation and dispute resolution experience
  • Well-versed in CRM's/content management systems
  • High level written and oral communication skills particularly on the phone
  • Ability to consult and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise with high volume and handle pressure
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable to change
  • Experience working in a telecommunications company highly regarded
