The client
A Global company with an office in multiple countries our client delivers low, medium & high-density developments, along with socially sustainable communities. They provide exceptional quality in their work and have an outstanding industry reputation.
The role
Working from a gorgeous display home in Sydney’s south-west you will be the face of the business.
Your days will involve meeting & greeting clients who come through the display while assisting them with general queries. Your responsibilities will also include:
  • Meet and greet guests and direct their enquiries to the appropriate parties
  • Provide administration support to all departments including sales, marketing & development
  • Assist with daily operations upkeep of the Sale and Information Centre
  • Maintain accurate client records and database integrity 
Skills & experience
To be considered for this position you will ideally have experience or exposure working within a similar position with a home builder or Real Estate. You will also possess the following attribute to be successful:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role ideal
  • A great attitude and willingness to learn
  • Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships
