Currently seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to join their award-winning team!
The Role:
Working Monday to Friday, your duties will include:
  • Meeting & greeting clients
  • Answering/directing incoming calls
  • Maintaining a tidy office
  • General office & administration duties  
  • Supporting both the Commercial Sales & Property Management team
  • Assisting with lease agreements 
  • Database Management
  • Ensure Filing is done
The Candidate:
  • Has an interest in Commercial Real Estate
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Extremely well-presented with a can-do attitude & willingness to learn
  • Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to help
  • Certificate of Registration
