You will be managing ONLY apartments in this role, majority are near new! They can tailor the portfolios to where you live!

The Candidate

  • A current Vic Certificate of Registration & VIC Drivers license
  • Adds to an Amazing Culture 
  • Happy to earn a total package of $80,000 (inclusive of super & KPI's)
  • A minimum of 2 years managing a Portfolio in Australia
  • Hold strong knowledge of the residential tenancies act
  • High level of computer literacy ability to Learn Cloud Base System
