Are you a bubbly, proactive, and hard-working candidate that is seeking part-time work? 

The Client
Opportunities within this agency are few and far between and highly sought after. This internationally recognised brand is known for its multi-million dollar property listings and high-income clientele both local and international.

The Position
  • Administration support to the sales team
  • Coordinate all sales contracts and documentation 
  • Preparation and execution of contracts
  • Provide knowledge of legislation 
  • Assisting with promotional material, ordering signs and brochures
  • Marketing and advertising as required
  • Book and proof all marketing material and seek approval from Agent/Vendors
  • Database management
  • 2-3 days a week, immediate start, temp to perm contract, top hour rate!

About you
  • Previous 2-4 years experience within Sales & Contracts Administration in Real Estate
  • QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Bubbly, proactive, hard-working 
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner & time management
  • The ability to work pro-actively and independently
  • Corporate presentation
