This is your opportunity to work for one of our best clients in the West. This highly regarded multi-office network have a great name for themselves and have built up a strong reputation as market leaders in the Area. Headed up by a fantastic Director, who is well known, for ongoing dedication to the franchise and their hardworking team.

Working Monday - Friday, and Saturdays when required, this is your chance to join a strong Property management division with a task-based portfolio.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Effectively liaise with Landlords & tenants 
  • Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
  • Complete repairs & maintenance management
  • Chasing rental arrears
  • Insurance claims 
  • No Leasing & No Accounts

The Candidate:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Property Manager
  • Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License & driver’s license with reliable car
  • Immaculately presented and well-groomed
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
